A Justice Minister with No Sense of Justice - On the tarrrif being imposed on people for crimes they have not committed

Our Justice Ministers with No Sense of Justice

Claire Ward, the Justice Minister, who was accused of fiddling her expenses, is now about to impose fines on members of the public for crimes they have not committed. 

This fool seems unaware that punishing someone for an offence they have not committed, goes against every principle of British justice, and is specifically banned under her beloved, Human Rights Act.  To impose a punishment upon anyone for a crime they have not committed is an injustice that cannot be lawfully imposed by her, or her fellow Justice Ministers, to all of whom,it would appear, that any notion of Justice is an alien concept.

"It is government policy that, where possible, offenders should contribute to victims' services as part of their reparation," she said. 

Not so, merely because a person has been found guilty of committing an offence does not allow an arrogant and stupid Justice Minister, to override the protection of of the law and fine them for an offence or offences committed by someone else.

A defendant must, when accused of a criminal act, be allowed to state their case in front of an independent tribunal.  There is no allowance whatsoever for them to be fined for an offence for which they have not committed.

On-the-spot-fines are also unlawful, as they too deny the accused to state their case and defend themselves against the accusation made against them.   The practice; initiated by, ‘Corkscrew’ Jack Straw, of courts threatening a far higher penalty on those who unsuccessfully challenge their fixed penalty notices in court, is pure intimidation by the State.

“Use your right to challenge this in court and we’ll make you sorry, very sorry indeed!”

Under New Labour, Jack Straw, the human corkscrew, has twisted and bent our right to freedom and justice into a dictatorial police style state. With his, Knowles Centre, Secret Family Courts, (which to many people appears to be the front for a government child stealing and trafficking racket). A Court that gags parents from speaking out with threats of stealing the stolen child's siblings too, should they make a fuss. 

Then we have Secret Court of Protection, which steal the funds of those unable to manage their own affairs, from their family, who are caring from them.  No doubt these courts are financed from their victim’s bank accounts and not by the treasury.

These despicable lawyers make me sick! 

The Secret Coroner’s Court, where the true cause of death can be concealed, gives the Government a green light to murder all who oppose or criticise it, as per its hiding the results of Dr David Kelly's death from the British Public. Whatever happened to: "If you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to fear?" These hypocritica, lying, thieving, slithers of slime are the enemies of our country, our freedom and our society. They are parasitic manopoly, creating legislation purely to keep themselves employed. We should ban all lawyers from public office.

Corkscrew Jack has always had a fixation for doing things in secret, regardless of New Labour’s pledge of transparency of action.  

Our Ministry of Justice is fit only for the running of the lunatic asylum they call, 10 Downing Street, and has no place in the real world the rest of us have to inhabit.
